Gotham Airport- Commerical
Project Description: The Gotham Airport Offices are looking to make renovations to the lighting systems. Keeping with the Gotham City aesthetic, the lighting fixtures will be dark and industrial. Since the building is surrounded by glass walls there will need to be shades or window treatments to help with the glare. For this design, the window treatment will be a darker tink. This tint will allow for some sunlight to get in but not enough to cause glares. Shades will be used with remotes to help occupants change the position of the shades to allow their desired light in. Since the building has high ceilings these remotes will be beneficial for occupants to pull them down when needed. The ceiling will be made from gypsum board that is acoustic-rated by Armstrong Ceilings. This will allow for a quiet workspace for the employees and help soften the noise from the airstrip around them.
